Following the keel-laying ceremony of its new 77-metre (253-foot) superyacht, Nobiskrug’s Black Shark new-build project has reached a further milestone after the hull and superstructure were joined in the shipyard’s drydock in Kiel, Germany.
Nobiskrug’s facility in Rendsburg will see the yacht next, where outfitting of her luxury interior and unique “shark-like” exterior finish will begin.
Black Shark’s design is the work of Winch Design and Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, who are behind the exterior and interior designs of the vessel, which includes a striking matte black hull to “mimic the texture of shark skin.”
Amenities on board will include a large on-deck whirlpool, a grand beach club and spa area and two luxury tenders, across three decks of interior space.
Black Shark is currently on-target for its planned 2021 launch.
