Acquera Yachting partners with United Island & Yacht

Offered By Acquera Yachting

Acquera Yachting announced that it has entered a strategic partnership with US and Bahamas based yacht agency United Island and Yacht. The partnership is expected to accelerate growth for both businesses.

The new partnership leverages the respective strengths of both Acquera Yachting and United Island and Yacht, and will cover yacht agency services in both the Mediterranean, USA and the Bahamas. Their initial focus is to identify synergies and streamline commercial, operating procedures and IT, with the intention of maintaining the same level of excellence and service.

Acquera Yachting was launched in 2018, and as an innovative new leader in global yachting, they are elevating the role of yacht agent through time-honoured expertise and fast-growing worldwide reach. The partnership is an important step in the execution of Acquera Yachting’s growth strategy, and support the company’s accelerated business momentum.

Stefano Tositti, CEO of Acquera Yachting, said, “This exciting partnership is a powerful combination of businesses, and is an important first step in assessing the American and Bahamas market, and ultimately brings us one step closer to our goal of extending our commercial offer. Both companies are already well established within the market, and the agreement will offer a clear path towards a more attractive client journey.”

United Island & Yacht cover yachts visiting Florida, with their sister company United Shipping looking after yachts in Nassau. They offer vessels seamless transition to and from their region, and ensure every need is handled prior to, and during their stay.

Laura Garcia-Bartenfelder, United Island & Yacht partner, commented, “In our five years of tremendous growth in the Florida and Bahamas region we felt that it was a natural transition to expand our reach to the Mediterranean market. In doing so we knew that we would have to pair up with the absolute best, we have found all that we have been looking for in Acquera Yachting.”
