AllOnScale prepares model building for this years boat shows

Leading yacht and boat model makers, AllOnScale, has published a list of upcoming shows and exhibitions for their clients, outlining which shows they will be able to create models for. The Netherlands-based company create individually made, hand-built, technical scale models and prototypes in various sizes and detailing. They are now preparing to create a new range of models for many 2015 shows, including the below.

AllOnScale also spoke about their recently delivered projects, such as the IHC dredgers. IHC Merwede builds both standard cutter dredgers from stock (the IHC Beaver®), as well as dedicated custom-built cutter dredgers.

The IHC Beaver® series conveys the most complete and successful range of demountable cutter suction dredgers in the market, and since the introduction of the standard IHC Beaver® cutter and wheel dredgers in 1963, more than 800 units have been delivered. The design of the dredgers has been continuously updated to take advantage of the latest technological developments.
 
Dredgers are always complex machines to replicate as the customer will wish to show off all the innovations and functions when it comes down to the scale model. AllOnScale and IHC have been cooperating for a long time and AllOnScale has delivered several of the dredgers in several different scales. By using high quality materials like fine etched brass they can replicate even the smallest details.

The IHC Beaver® 65DDSP in scale 1:100 is built using the highest detail line. The hull and main structure is casted from high quality resin with larger details made from resin or ABS material. The whole cutting boom is made of brass giving it stability, but most importantly, fine detail. At the end, the curved impeller cutting head is made from brass handcrafted into shape.
