Baglietto launches 55m T-Line yacht Severin°s

Baglietto has revealed their new 55-metre (180-foot) motor yacht Severin°s, which hit the water for the first time at the La Spezia shipyard. The owner, his family and friends, the yacht crew and the owner’s representative from Edmiston were present for the launch of hull 10225, which features an exterior design by Francesco Paszkowski Design.

Designed to suit charter, the layout includes a main deck dedicated to the owner with the owner’s suite, walk-in wardrobe and private office, plus two additional guest cabins. Guests also have the option to convert the multifunctional upper-deck stateroom into a playroom or massage room as required.

Connected by a panoramic elevator, the three-deck superyacht offers a spacious sun deck with dining and sunbed space, plus a swimming pool and bar. The placement of the tender and toys in the foredeck has allowed for a large beach club with steam shower, bar, and an additional gym and spa area.

Commenting on the launch, Michele Gavino, Baglietto CEO, explained, “This was a historic and emotional day. Not only did we welcome such a beautiful yacht, the biggest ever built by Baglietto in its recent history, but we also saw the history of the shipyard before our very eyes.”

“The [unveiling] of a new yacht is always an extraordinary moment in a shipyard’s life,” he added. “It is a special moment focused on the yacht; her owner, who I thank for the trust given to us; and all the people that made this dream a reality.”

Certified by the highest class from Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, Severin°s is powered by twin Caterpillar 3516C DITA engines, which can push her to a maximum speed of 17 knots and cruising speed of 12 knots.
