Benetti launches Fast 140 and delivers Fast 125

Italian shipyard Benetti has announced the launch of BF207, the seventh hull in its Fast 140 line, and the delivery of BF107, the seventh hull of its Fast 125 series.

Both yachts from its Class category, Fast 140 was launched in Viareggio on 16th April, whilst, also in Viareggio, Fast 125 was delivered to her owner on 24th April.

The 42-metre (138-foot) BF207 can accommodate a total of 12 guests in six cabins across her four decks. The yacht’s exterior design comes from Stefano Righini, whilst her interior design is a result of RWD.

The main deck of the Fast 140 yacht features wide panoramic glazed surfaces, offering strong sea-views. The upper deck provides vast outdoor relaxation space, a sliding door leading to a light-filled living area and an American bar.

At the bow, a captain’s cabin sits adjacent to the wheelhouse area overlooking the outside sun loungers and swimming pool.

The lower deck boasts a calming beach club with a bar and living area, as well as including four guest cabins.

Powered by twin MTU 3,500 hp engines, the yacht has a range of 500 nautical miles, at an average speed of 16.5 knots and a top speed of 23 knots.

Whilst the 38-metre (125-foot) Fast 125 yacht, BF107, also features exterior design by Righini and interior styling by RWD.

The yacht can accommodate up to 10 guests across five guest cabins as well as a separate area for up to seven crew members.

Her interior styling features bleached eucalyptus and dark tay wood, meanwhile her sporty exterior consists of horizontal windows to accentuate the slender aspects of the yacht.

BF107 is equipped with an AZP C65 propulsion system constructed in collaboration with Rolls Royce, while the engine room houses two 2,600 MTU engines providing a maximum speed of 22 knots and a range of 1,750 nautical miles at 12 knots.
