Burgess and Inwards Marine offer the sale of superyacht berths at Porto Mirabello & Port Forum

Burgess and Inwards Marine have announced their appointment as worldwide joint central agents for the sale of ten berths ranging from 35 metres to 130 metres in the prestigious marina of Porto Mirabello in La Spezia, as well as two 80 metre berths and one 50 metre berth in Barcelona’s Port Forum.

Porto Mirabello is an established superyacht marina with berths for sale from 35 metres to 130 metres on leases of either 30 or 53 years. Burgess and Inwards Marine are offering a total of ten berths for sale: one 130 metre, one 80 metre, two 50 metre, two 40 metre and four 35 metre. Porto Mirabello is close to numerous attractive coastal highlights of Liguria such as Forte dei Marmi, Porto Venere, Lerici, Tellaro and Cinque Terre. The marina is also the perfect starting point for cruising the Tuscan Archipelago and Elba (80 nautical miles), Corsica (86 nautical miles), Portofino (31 nautical miles) and Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda (175 nautical miles).

Ideally positioned between the international airports of Pisa (60 km) and Genoa, (90 km), Porto Mirabello benefits from an array of fine restaurants, boutiques, shops, a champagne bar, swimming pool and wellness centre. The concierge service offers an “Italian luxury style” concept which arranges customised trips for owners, guests and crew to cities within a two hour radius of the port:  Milan for designer fashion collections, Maranello for iconic motor cars, Florence for culture and Parma for gastronomy.

Port Forum is just a ten minute drive from the historic city centre of Barcelona and less than 20 minutes from the international airport. The port opened in 2006 and consists of 200 berths from 10 metres to 80 metres in length. Excellent facilities include an array of shops and restaurants, while the beaches, the Natural Science Museum, the Diagonal Mar Shopping Centre and the Catalan Sailing Federation are only a short walk away.  The cruising distance to the Balearic Islands is just 100 nautical miles and Valencia is a short cruise of about 80 nautical miles.
