In the realm of maritime luxury, the quest to offer yacht charter guests the perfect night's sleep has become an art form, one which luxury bed and linen supplier, CC Design, has fully committed to.
Cerri Cantieri Navali S.p.A (CCN) has announced the sale of a 50m Fuoriserie superyacht, marking the first custom-built yacht of this scale to be constructed at the Milan shipyard facility.
News of Fuoriserie comes shortly after CCN announced the signing of a work order on a 40m vessel last month. She will be a collaborative project, with Studio Bacigalupo undertaking the exterior design, and Studio Vafiadis the interior styling.
According to the shipyard, the aluminium plaining hull of the project marks an important step forward in CCN’s construction technique and management. She has a sporty and slender appearance, and features the trademark CCN curved bridge deck window and aerodynamic profile.
Diego Michele Deprati, CEO of CCN said, “This is truly a very exciting time for CCN. We started 2016 with the announcement of an important work order, and now, after such a short time, we can celebrate this new important deal. All this confirms we are on the right track.
“The Fuoriserie, our new fully custom line, effectively highlights the distinguishing features and the value of our shipyard, whose main strengths are flexibility, exclusiveness and world-class engineering and design.”
Not much is known about the 50m Fuoriserie project, but it is believed that she will have a top speed of 28 knots.
There are currently six superyachts under construction at the Italian shipyard.
Construction of Fuoriserie will begin later this year following the successful completion of the planning stages.
