Claasen’s 24m sailing yacht Heartbeat has been relaunched in the Netherlands after completing her latest refit at Royal Huisman’s Vollenhove Huisfit facility.

First launched in 2007, Heartbeat has been a regular visitor to Royal Huisman, with three refits carried out at the yard in the past ten years – all managed by yacht management firm Dutch Maritime Partners. 

A series of technical updates have kept her regatta-ready, helping her to win her class at the 2013 and 2014 Superyacht Cup Palma.

During refit her owner’s cabin has also been relocated from its position in the aft to the bow. Heartbeat accommodates a further 8 guests across two twin rooms and a double room, bringing the total to ten, while crew accommodation houses two crew members. Post-refit photos also show her new deck layout provides space for a new tender on the bow.

Huisfit has recently completed a refit project aboard 32m Royal Huisman sailing Yacht Gliss, which was given a new exterior colour scheme. The 51.59m ketch Meteor has also booked in at the yard for a winter 2017 to 2018 refit.
