As the summer season draws to a close, the work doesn’t stop for Porto Montenegro; the luxury superyacht hub and marina village has transformed into a year-round business cluster after opening new offices and facilities over the past few months.

Danilo Kalezic, senior PR and marketing manager at Porto Montenegro, said, “We use this formal off-season to get better at every point. The Arsenal Business Club Porto Montenegro is a new office hub in the marina. All office spaces come in white box condition, allowing tenants to add their own personal touches to their room. The communal working space comes equipped with all amenities one might expect from a modern office, including a terrace area and on-site secure parking.

Porto Montenegro have also launched a highly anticipated new helipad, which makes accessibility easier to the ski and mountain resorts of Zabljak and Kolašin in the north, as well as the sandy southern shores of the Ada Bojana riverside and Velika Plaza (Grand Beach). Accommodating for single- and twin-engine helicopters weighing up to 4 tonnes with a maximum hold time of 15 minutes, the helipad is in operation from sunrise to sunset.
