With five hulls of the Dreamline 26 series already sold, DL Yachts has this week celebrated the launch of the second hull of their increasingly popular range.
First announced in September 2014, the Dreamline 26 is a mini-maxi yacht that the brand states to offer the design intent of a hull with a length of under 24-metres. The Italian shipyard is currently working on the construction of hulls three, four and five of the series, with discussions currently underway for a sixth.
In this design, the yard has applied a new and innovative layout arrangement, achieving interior guest areas that feel much larger than that of the typical 26-metre superyacht.
As with the first hull, the master cabin is again placed forward on the main deck, featuring its own forward-facing windows for spectacular views; another unique addition to a yacht of this size. Arrabito Naval Architects undertook the design work, concentrating on fuel efficiency and cruising comfort simultaneously.
DL Yachts has also recently delivered their latest Dreamline 34. Already sold to a new owner, the hull will be on display alongside the second 26 this September at the Cannes Yachting Festival, with the 34 going on to exhibit again at the Monaco Yacht Show.
