Duca Solutions expands workshop in Italy

Duca Solutions, a Mediterranean-based yacht carpentry and teak decking company, has announced that they will open a new, larger workshop in Livorno, Italy. The need for the change came about due to the company’s recent increase in work.

According to Duca Solutions, “We are pleased to share with all our current and future clients that due to an increased work load and the need to expand the production facilities, Duca Solutions is now opening a new bigger workshop in the industrial area of Livorno, Italy.

“Our new factory will have an increased prefabrication capacity, so that we can undertake even larger decks (in teak or Esthec), mosaic inlays, exterior furniture, interiors, capping rails and any other complicated yacht carpentry clients may require. While our craftsmen are still busy with the major superyacht refits all around Europe, at our new workshop in Livorno, Italy our company will be focusing on fabricating several larger projects - both new build and refit - simultaneously.”

The new workshop will feature:

• 500 square metres of work floor space
• Strategic location in the industrial area of Livorno, Italy
• Private parking for clients
• Modern woodworking machines and equipment
• Easy access from/to the highway connected to major European shipyards
• Their own teak stock
