In the realm of maritime luxury, the quest to offer yacht charter guests the perfect night's sleep has become an art form, one which luxury bed and linen supplier, CC Design, has fully committed to.
A 120-metre (393-foot) superyacht concept with extending beach club aft has been revealed by Opalinski Design House.
Named Indah, the concept features a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with “slender” exterior lines and a vertical bow.
Described as a “true ocean-going vessel” by the studio, the yacht accommodates a total of 24 guests in 12 cabins inside a massive 5,500 GT interior. The private owner’s suite has direct access to a dedicated aft deck balcony while the crew quarters is large enough for a staff of 32 crew.
The key feature of the concept however is the spacious beach club, which extends into a huge deck space thanks to rotating transom bulkheads.
The patented feature creates a huge beach terrace at sea level and allows the tenders to come alongside the beach club, rather than block water access at the stern. The beach club also features a gym and sauna behind tinted glass aft. Owners have the choice to opt for a helicopter landing pad with an optional hangar below the deck.
The studio has also focused on the yacht’s green credentials, resulting in a diesel-electric propulsion package, solar generating surface coatings and vertical wind turbines on board. Power will come from four MTU16V engines for a top speed of 24 knots and range of 7,000 nautical miles.
