In the realm of maritime luxury, the quest to offer yacht charter guests the perfect night's sleep has become an art form, one which luxury bed and linen supplier, CC Design, has fully committed to.
With the 2020 Virtual Valencia Boat Show commencing in less than two months, the design and functionalities of its virtual stands have been finally revealed.
An aerial view of La Marina de València will be the ‘entrance’ to the event, giving access to the various exhibition areas, including the press house, events and conferences area and even the virtual tour of the historic port of Valencia.
All stands featured at the show will have interactive elements to allow exhibitors to showcase their products by engaging visitors as if they were inside a physical stand. This is achieved by using technology based on 360º images which provides an extraordinary level of immersion.
Each stand has several virtual screens that display images, videos and interactive content. Once inside the virtual stand, visitors can access contents, buy products, speak to exhibitors through chat or videoconference, attend events, talks and webinars.
All content is available for any device capable of streaming web technology, including web browsers and mobile phone browsers.
Also, if a mobile phone has a gyroscope, this will allow visitors to view the virtual world through the movement of the device.
Nacho Gómez-Zarzuela, director of the Virtual Valencia Boat Show, says “The leading brands have already confirmed their presence at Virtual Valencia Boat Show, which I am convinced is going to be a phenomenal revolution for the sector.
“We guarantee the event will be held; we eliminate barriers and logistics and travel costs; and we achieve an unlimited scope. To showcase the products and services, all the exhibitor has to do is to upload the contents to our platform. We also have the best partner for this adventure, Grupo Alfatec, with whom we have achieved an almost inconceivable level of sophistication.”
The 2020 Virtual Boat Show will be offering a 100% virtual experience of being fully immersed in the marine industry. The show has been organised by Grupo Alfatec, La Marina de València and Union de Empresas Náuticas.
