Heesen Yachts expands their team further

Heesen Yachts has announced that Johan Kaasjager has joined their sales department in the role of sales manager. Johan together with Robert Drontmann will work in Mark Cavendish’s team to support company growth.

Heesen Yachts’, board of directors commented, “The development of our sales capabilities is instrumental in ensuring Heesen’s evolution in a very competitive market. This appointment marks another important step in our vision: building a successful future for this prestigious Dutch shipyard.”

Johan, who brings more than 10 years of combined sales and technical experience to Heesen Yachts, has previously held senior sales position in the superyacht industry. Heesen board of directors continued, “Johan has a proven track record in sales and brings extensive product and market knowledge to the team. We are delighted to welcome Johan on board and are excited to have his expertise complement our sales force.”

In his new role Johan will offer brokers and the Heesen network of agents full support to increase sales and promote Heesen’s Dutch heritage and fine craftsmanship.

Founded by Frans Heesen in 1978 in Oss, Heesen Yachts was the first Dutch shipyard to employ aluminium for the yacht hulls. Since then they have become one of the world leaders in design, engineering and construction of high-performance motor-yachts.
