Horizon Yachts announces sale of new build E88 motor yacht

Horizon Yachts, the Taiwanese custom luxury yacht builder, has announced the sale of a new build E88 custom motor yacht to an existing Horizon owner.

The American owner has selected an open bridge superyacht with a four-stateroom layout and separate crew quarters aft for his second Horizon purchase, and he will work with the Horizon in-house design team in order to customise the new hull to his tastes.

John Lu, CEO of the Horizon Group said, “Horizon is excited to have another current owner build his next yacht with us. We feel it is a great testament to Horizon’s yacht quality, service and value, and we look forward to working with the owner again, this time in bringing his new E88 to life.” 

The Horizon E88 s the fifth of the model to be sold in the U.S since May 2014, and will feature a hi/lo swim platform, zero speed stabIlisers, twin CAT C32A 1900HP engines and an air conditioned open bridge. 

Completion for this custom design is expected in late summer 2015 in time for delivery to the owner in the autumn.
