Imperial Yachts and CCN announce launch of M/Y Elsea

Imperial Yachts and CCN have announced the launch of 50m aluminium superyacht, M/Y Elsea.

Described by Imperial as a yacht with an “aggressive, slender profile”, Elsea’s exterior design was completed by Studio Bacigalupo, with interiors by Studio Vafiadis. During the build and delivery, Imperial Yachts acted as the owner’s representative, construction supervisor and manager.

Julia Stewart, director at Imperial Yachts commented, “Imperial is particularly proud to launch the very first custom-made 50m CCN superyacht in strong collaboration with the yard, helping them to upgrade their capacities and reaching a new level in high-end creation. Imperial’s team were actively involved in the project with the yard, and we thank CCN for their efforts to maintain the build process on very high standards.”

On the main deck, the layout includes large living and dining areas, with the upper deck, said to be “entirely devoted to life in the open air.” Accommodation includes five cabins and a “spectacular” owner’s suite. There are two “generous” salons on board; the first salon features a large dining table to seat up to twelve guests, while the other features a cinema.
