In-build Lürssen superyacht floated out of shed

An in-build superyacht by Lürssen has been photographed moving between two sheds at the yacht builder’s yard.

The new images show a five-deck vessel which looks structurally complete, and current reports suggest that a delivery date of 2018 could be feasible, should the yacht’s interior fit-out be complete.

No further details are known about this elusive superyacht, which looks to be even longer than Lürssen’s recent launch, Project Jupiter. Launched at the end of last week in Bremen, Project Jupiter measures 120m and was spotted making her way to the River Weser.

Once again, limited details were known about Project Jupiter, but it was revealed that H2 Yacht Design completed her interior and exterior styling, the latter of which features a displacement steel hull and aluminium superstructure.

A number of superyacht projects are currently underway at Lürssen and rumoured to be the identity of the image, however due to strict confidentiality agreements, Lürssen will not comment on any current constructions. These projects include a 146m vessel which is un-named as yet, and the 135m Project Thunder which was spotted last year undergoing construction.
