Norwegian shipyard Kleven’s 107m luxury explorer yacht, Ulysses, is preparing to depart Bremerhaven port in Germany following the completion of outfitting.
Having arrived at Bremerhaven in August last year, Ulysses was outfitted by Dörries Maritime after leaving Kleven’s shipyard in Norway. New photos released by superyacht photographer Christian Eckardt, show a crane lifting 21m Teknicraft tender U-21, onto the deck in Bremerhaven. Ulysses is now due to depart from Germany before the end of February.
One of the world’s largest luxury explorer yachts, Ulysses is the first private superyacht build by Kleven, having been announced in March 2013. Her hull was designed by Norway ship designer Marin Teknikk. Her interior was then designed by H2 Yacht Design. According to Kleven, Ulysses will be able to accommodate 60 guests over seven decks and “blends a robust, hard-working character with luxurious added extras.”
While Kleven is usually known for building more commercially-focused vessels, it is currently in the process of building a second, larger version of Ulysses, at 116m.
