Lifedge supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Lifedge is helping to raise funds during Breast Cancer Awareness Month by donating £10 from every pink Waterproof iPad Case sold during October to CoppaFeel!, the unique breast cancer awareness charity.

CoppaFeel! focuses purely on awareness and education, informing young people about the importance of checking their breasts regularly and knowing the signs and symptoms of the disease.

The pink Waterproof iPad Case from Lifedge provides total protection in a stylish manner.

Tom Reed, managing director at Lifedge said: “Lifedge is pleased to be supporting CoppaFeel! during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. With nearly 50,000 people diagnosed with breast cancer each year in the UK alone, we want to show our support, and help to raise awareness of this important issue. We have chosen to support CoppaFeel! as we admire its creative and upbeat approach towards such a sensitive topic. It’s a truly inspirational charity.”

Maren Hallenga, dundraising and communications manager at CoppaFeel! commented, “We’re excited to partner with Lifedge on its pink iPad cases in October as this will not only help to generate further funds, but will raise further awareness of our life-saving message.”

The iPad Case is a waterproof and shockproof enclosure that’s guaranteed to protect from water and dust.  Rigorous testing has shown that an iPad in a Lifedge case can be immersed in one metre of water for 30 minutes, or dropped onto a concrete floor from a height of one metre without being damaged. It also features screen clarity in sunlight, whilst ensuring the case is abrasion and chemical resistant to prevent damage from regular use and exposure to oils, sunscreen and household chemicals.

The iPad Case is also available in blue, green and grey and retails at £99 (inc VAT). It can be purchased from www.lifedge.co.uk
