German shipyard Lurssen has just launched the 120m Project Jupiter at its facility in Bremen.

Although verified details about the project remain scarce, it is confirmed that H2 Yacht Design is responsible for her exterior and interior style. Measuring 120m, the yacht features a displacement steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks.

Photos of the yacht making its way on to the River Weser have been published today, and show that the vessel has more distinct exterior styling than typical Lurssen builds.

Lurssen Yachts was originally founded by Friedrich Lurssen in 1875. Four generations and 13,000 vessels later, Lurssen is managed by two cousins, Friedrich and Peter Lurssen.
