Marina developer and One°15 brand owner SUTL Enterprise Limited has confirmed that memberships for the in-build One°15 Marina Puteri Harbour can now be sold, marking a significant step in the project’s progress.
One°15 Marina Development Berhad, a joint venture between SUTL and UEM Land Berhad, has been granted approval to begin selling the memberships. The memberships will go on sale as construction on the private marina club commences in the first quarter of 2019.
A sales gallery in Puteri Harbour, Johor, is currently under construction ahead of the upcoming launch.
SUTL Enterprise executive director and CEO, Arthur Tay, said in a statement, “This has been long awaited and we are pleased to have finally gotten SSM’s approval to go ahead with sales of membership. Our marketing team has used the time to prepare the necessary collaterals ahead of the launch and I would like to thank them as well as our project team and our partner UEM Land for working tirelessly to push this through so that we can kick off 2019 with a bang.”
Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib, UEM Sunrise’s CEO, added, “We are excited about the plans for Puteri Harbour as well as the collaboration with SUTL Enterprise, a partner that shares the same strategic vision and goal. We have been gearing up with our plans to rejuvenate Puteri Harbour and the collaboration with SUTL Enterprise, whose expertise lies in developing and operating marinas in addition to owning the prestigious One°15 Marina at Sentosa Cove in Singapore, is certainly one of the main key drivers towards the rejuvenation plan, as this can potentially unlock Puteri Harbour’s value. As such, we are optimistic about this prospect and hope to deliver similar expectations as those in Sentosa Cove in our Puteri Harbour.”
One°15 Marina Puteri Harbour Malaysia is scheduled to be finished by 2020. It will feature a wealth of top-class amenities, including a private clubhouse (spanning more than 13,600 square metres), a full-service private marina, a hotel with 77 deluxe suites, a members’ lounge, meeting rooms, a 320-seat ballroom, gym, swimming pool with kids’ play area, restaurant, pool bar, rooftop bar and grill, co-working spaces, children’s club, day spa and shopping hotspots.
The One°15 Estuari Sports Centre, located nearby, will supply the marina with wide-ranging sports facilities, including an Olympic-sized pool, tennis, badminton and squash courts, and much more.
