Mallorca Distillery’s Palma Gin has been awarded the ‘Great Gold’ medal in the ‘Gin’ category at the Spanish Catavinum World Wine & Spirits Competition (CWWSC) 2019.

The CWWSC is organised by Catavinum in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, with the objective of informing consumers and professionals of quality, award-winning wine and spirits, and contributing to their overall brand awareness.

The 2019 edition received 3367 wine and spirits entries, with 1004 participants winning the corresponding medals and certificates. The competition saw more than 20 countries partake.

Diplomas and medals were awarded to wine and spirits based on the following score obtained:

•             Great Gold Medal: 95 to 100 points

•             Gold Medal: 89 to 94 points

•             Silver Medal: 80 to 88 points

In a recent release, Mallorca Distillery stated, “Palma Gin has received the highest medal possible and we are excited to share this news with you!”

Mallorca Distillery’s Palma Gin will be showcased at the Palma Superyacht Show 2019 on Yachting Pages Media Group’s stand.
