Marina d'Arechi at Dubai International Boat Show 2015

Marina d’Arechi, known as “the gateway to the heart of the Mediterranean”, will be introducing its’ latest developments and state-of-the-art infrastructure to the international yachting scene at the 2015 Dubai International Boat Show.

Marina D'Arechi is one of the few privately-funded projects developed in Italy in recent years which are fully financed with 120 million euros of equity capital raised by the Gallozzi Group without public funding. With the aim of improving its position within the international pleasure yachting market, shareholders have recently agreed to a 10 million euro increase in capital stock.

The exclusive dock - currently under construction - dedicated to super and mega yacht mooring combined with a fully operational boatyard and dockage services, are set to guarantee Salerno as a unique tourist port for even the most discerning super and mega yacht owners.

According to the marina, “The contemporary marina infrastructure has been designed with high-quality, pleasure yachting activities in mind. Its exceptional Port Village is an unmatched, year-round holiday destination. The top class layout of the marina, complete with transient and long-term berthing services, ensures outstanding yacht care and facilities for super and mega yachts. “

Marina D'Arechi is the face of the new tourist port of the city of Salerno, situated in one of the most beautiful cruising locations in the Mediterranean, with the Amalfi Coast (included among UNESCO’s World Heritage Cultural Landscapes) on its doorstep.

Designed by Santiago Calatrava, world-renowned architect and structural engineer, the marina is located in an area of the Mediterranean world-famous for its art, history, culture, and its local beauty spots - Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Capri, Pompeii and Paestum, to name but a few. The Marina is a 1000 vessel mooring facility for boats from 10 up to 100 metres in length. With a total water area of 340,000 square metres inside the marina breakwater structure, Marina D'Arechi is one of the largest ports in the Mediterranean.
