An office providing support in internet and satellite communications is set to open in in the South of France, run by leading electronic company, Best Service.
The opening comes in line with the new Mediterranean yachting season, and will open in late April 2015. An engineer will be based at the office from late April until early July in order to provide immediate assistance to yachts experience connectivity issues.
According to Best Service, “Over the last 13 years, Best Service has recognised the return to the Mediterranean as being crucial to yachts, so to help them prepare they have opened an office in the South of France to help with any internet and satellite TV system issues. Many yachts value this time as it means they know they have a specialist at hand and at a reduced cost due to them being located in the South of France for several months.
“Many yachts this time of year return to the Mediterranean, where issues can arise such as their VSAT and TVRO systems often need re-configuring due to the switch over of TV subscriptions. Numerous yachts also undertake essential repairs of their internet and TV systems as they prepare for busy season.
“Yacht engineers will make minor repairs to systems often seeking out spare parts, so it is reassuring to know that Best Service has provided dedicated websites for spare parts for SeaTel and Intellian systems.”
