As of 1st January 2022, long-term mooring contracts (C.G.U.) will be attributed for boats from 13 to 54 metres (42 to 177 feet) at Port Vauban. The duration of these contracts will be 10 or 21 years. It has therefore chosen to welcome yacht owners and professionals wishing to find out about the main characteristics of the contracts on offer in a convivial space. Visitors are welcomed and advised by its sales teams, led by Olivia Gordon-Bourcart.

The office, with a total surface area of 118 square metres, is ideally located in the heart of the city and in the immediate vicinity of the port, at 10 Avenue de Verdun.

2021 will be a pivotal year for the port. In February, the demolition of the International Yacht Club marked a new chapter and started the modernisation works undertaken with its partners, the Banque des Territoires (Groupe Caisse des Dépôts) and the Caisse d'Epargne Côte d'Azur, for an investment of €135 million. Furthermore, the existing berth contracts, 'Actes d'amodiation' will come to an end at the end of the year, and a waiting list will be set up according to the different categories of vessels for the attribution of the C.G.U..

"We are entering a period of change and we want to accompany it through dialogue and exchange. We have therefore chosen to occupy these offices, located as close as possible to the heart of the city. The mayor's presence here today was important because we are jointly responsible for all the Port Vauban projects and work with the municipal teams on a daily basis," explained Jean-Pierre Savarino, chairman of CCI Nice Côte d’Azur and chairman of Port Vauban.
