Design studio, Nuvolari Lenard has unveiled its latest superyacht concept for the 66m superyacht NL233.
Developed for yacht builder Turquoise Yachts, the new design features a reverse curved bow, with fluid lines stretching back to the stern. NL233 has been designed around a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, and was developed in collaboration with Azure Naval Architects.
Carlo Nuvolari from Nuvolari Lenard commented on the superstructure, “Beautiful buildings and automobiles are composed of integrated parts; so too should a yacht be. It is impossible to have a nicely proportioned design by separating the hull and the superstructure.”
On board, standout features include a touch-and-go helipad, and a beach club adjacent to the swim platform, which will include a gym, Hammam and a massage room. The garage on board will allow room for two 8m tenders, as well as a Jet Ski and other water toys.
Accommodation features a full-beam master suite and four double guest cabins, as well as quarters which allow up to 16 crew on board. While no details about the engine have been released, NL233 is said to be designed to reach a top speed of 16 knots.
