Otam introduces new 35m 115 Custom Range superyacht

Following on from the success of its Custom Range flagship, Gipsy, Otam has presented a new 35m custom concept with design by Niccolò Pasquini and Alessio Riccobaldi of R+P Architecture Studio.

According to the Italian yacht builder, the new 115 has sleek and modern lines that, at the owner’s request, are “diametrically opposed” to the classic lines of award-winning Gipsy.

The new 35m is characterised by the limitless personalisation possibilities allowed by Otam’s Custom Range. As such, she features options for a much more classic main-deck layout than Gipsy, with a dedicated owner’s area that measures over 50 square metres. Her day area features a large lounge, dining area, day toilet and spacious kitchen.

Otam’s initial layout proposes a Jacuzzi at the bow, surrounded by two large sunbathing areas and two fore and aft L-shaped settees. There is also a bar and a dining area sheltered by a hardtop.

The exterior areas on her upper deck are also customisable to include either an entertainment area or a seven-metre tender with its own launching crane. In the first proposal, the In&Out dining area is surrounded by full-height windows to maximise contact with the sea. A bridge joins to the captain’s quarters, while the 30m2 foredeck is dedicated to private sunbathing and dining, thanks to the height of her bulwarks.

The 115’s lower deck below is completely dedicated to guest quarters, with four fully equipped VIP cabins, and a crew quarters with separate access measuring 50 square metres. Here are three double cabins, a spacious dinette and laundry room for crew comfort on board.

The aft garage and beach club also offers personalised options, with her owner able to choose between a classic garage and beach club, or a garage with lateral opening to host a larger tender and more extensive beach club with customisable diving area, bar, gym and children’s playroom.

To conclude the lower deck, Otam has ensured to pay special attention to the engine room on board, with ample space and a functional layout provided for accessibility and maintenance.
