Outer Reef Yachts announce new Middle East sales and service centre

Outer Reef Yachts, a world leader in the design, construction and sale of long-range motor yachts, has announced a new premier sales and service centre in the Middle East.

Located in the Al Barsha district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, this new location will be extremely beneficial to the Outer Reef Yachts brand as it is located within 10 minutes of all marinas in Dubai; including the East and West Palm Marinas, Dubai Marina Yacht Club, the Dubai Marina Mall and the Dubai International Marine Club - the home of the Dubai International Boat Show.

The Outer Reef Yachts’ Middle Eastern sales team will be headquartered at the new retail centre and led by the area’s director of sales, Peter N Divers who has extensive experience within the global yachting market.

Divers most recent venture was to partner with Imperial Yachting LLC, and prior to this, he worked with Princess Yachts in Qatar. This strong representation and partnership within the Dubai area was particularly attractive to Outer Reef who have now moved into Dubai - the ideal gateway for the entire Middle East and North Africa area.

Jack Druek, Outer Reef Yacht’s owner and CEO said, “We chose to continue our company’s growth in Dubai, given that Dubai is the top business gateway for the Middle East and Africa, and over the past ten years the area has become a burgeoning commercial and real estate centre.

“Many of our clients in this region have expressed interest in our new Outer Reef Trident Series, a long-range, robust, efficient and contemporary sports cruiser offered in 55, 65, 75 and 98 feet (17-30m). The call for this style yacht within Dubai and the surrounding area, along with an overall steady growth and interest in long cruising, is a natural segue for our business and brand and creates the perfect opportunity.”

The Gulf Coorperation Council of January 2014 reports that The Gulf has been outpacing other high growth markets and trends are set to continue.
