Peters & May marks 10 years supporting ARC sailors

2014 sees a milestone for leading global boat transportation company Peters & May as they mark the 10^th consecutive year of involvement with World Cruising Club’s Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC).

Over the years, there has been a notable increase in the amount of yacht owners who are opting to ship their yachts back to Europe after the Caribbean season, with over 250 boats annually heading across the Atlantic for the 2,700nm passage from Gran Canaria to Saint Lucia.

Joining the World Cruising Club ‘family’ of corporate partners back in 2005, Peters & May have been looking after the transportation needs of these ARC sailors for a considerable period of time, offering stress-free, dock-to-dock solutions to cope with demand. 

The Caribbean shipping trade is another area that the company has developed over the past few years, and the strong relationship with the ARC has contributed to market growth.
