Captain Richard Eastham, chief executive of Regs4ships Limited, will be participating in a panel debate at the Global Superyacht Forum in Amsterdam on Wednesday 14th November.
This debate will explore the regulations that are coming into force in the near future and the impact they will have on superyacht owners and managers. The panel is set to contain a mix of regulators and key industry players from across the industry, including Richard.
The session starts at 14.30 on Wednesday and will finish around 16.00; it is entitled ‘Regulating the Future – A Progress Report’.
The focus of the session will be around the Large Yacht 3 code, the Maritime Labour Convention, Passenger Yacht Code and the various MARPOL annexes.
Captain Eastham was a founding member of the original MCA Enforcement Team, which will give this debate an expert insight from a regulatory perspective. A lively and informative debate is expected.
