Turkish yard Bering Yachts has announced the sale of a second hull from its 44-metre (144-foot) flagship Bering 145 series.
Spread across three decks, the Bering 145 will feature a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. Exterior design has been penned in-house in collaboration with Sabdes Design and delivery is set for 2023. The sale comes just six months after the first Bering 145 was sold.
Bering Yachts president, Alexey Mikhailov, described the second sale as “a remarkable achievement”.
“Not only is it testament to our growing construction capacity, but also to our ability to satisfy customer requests for ocean-going yachts that are capable, reliable and comfortable.”
Accommodation inside the 499GT interior comprises five guest suites on the lower deck, a master forward of the main deck and a second master on the bridge deck.
Aft, the beach club has been customised to suit the needs of the owner, who is described as an “avid scuba diver”. As well as featuring a sauna and spa, the beach club features a fully equipped diving room and dedicated decompression chamber.
Toys and tenders measuring up to 8.5 metres (27.8 feet) can be stored on the upper deck aft.
Power will come from a conventional diesel engine for a top speed of 15 knots and range of 4,000 nautical miles.
