The 2022 edition of Monaco Yacht Show will be hosting the Shore Future Forum networking event, organised by the Association of Women in Yachting and She of the Sea, at the headquarters of the International Hydrographic Organization. The event will take place on Friday 30th September 2022.
The Association of Women in Yachting has teamed up with She of the Sea to hold a free event for female crew, as well as shore-based women.
The Shore Future Forum will provide current and ex yacht crew with an opportunity to hear from other women who have come ashore, and how they’ve found employment or started their own business.
Participants will be sharing their yachting journeys, alongside panellists who can offer advice on what large yachting companies are looking for in ex-yacht crew as potential employees.
The panel session will be followed by a standard networking event, for professional shore-based women to network and connect with each other. This will take place on the roof terrace of the International Hydrographic Organization building, accompanied by views of Monaco port.
