Simrad Yachting and Lowrance electronics chosen by Goldfish Boats

Leading marine electronics manufacturer, Simrad Yachting has announced that its award-winning range of electronics is to be installed on all Goldfish Professional boat platforms.

The vessels, which are noted for their functionality include a range from the Goldfish 29 Mission Support RIB to the 48 Insertion, all of which will sport either the acclaimed Simrad NSE or Simrad NSO multifunction display units as standard.  Goldfish is also finalising the new Ocean 50, which will be fitted with a dual Simrad NSO chartplotter and display system for control and navigation.

Expert grade, chartplotter/multifunction display units, the Simrad NSE and NSO offer powerful functionality with style and are packed with user-friendly features to provide the ultimate in on water navigation.

Customers will also be offered the option to include the award-winning Broadband 4G Radar, StructureScan® Imaging module and Simrad autopilots to their Goldfish platform. The Simrad NSE and NSO units enable users to control all these systems and more at the touch of a button, bringing ultimate integration to the Goldfish Helm.

Fredrik Bolstad, project manager and naval architect at Goldfish Boats said: “The functionality, ease of use and integration of the Simrad NSE and NSO ranges, make them a perfect fit for the Goldfish Professional platform.

“The ability to operate radar, echo sounder, navigation and autopilot all from one screen means that users can simply get on with the work at hand, without fuss or time wasting.”
