Singapore Yacht Show postpones 10th edition until 2021

Organisers of the Singapore Yacht Show have announced that the 10th edition of the event has been postponed until 2021. 

The 2020 Singapore Yacht Show was originally due to take place in March, but the impact of COVID-19 forced the show to be rearranged for October. However, due to the ongoing pandemic situation, organisers have taken the decision to postpone the 10th edition until early in 2021.

Statement:

“In light of the ongoing Covid-19 situation, the SYS has unfortunately had to make the difficult decision to postpone the 10th edition of the Singapore Yacht Show to 22-25 April 2021.

It is now not certain that trade exhibitions will be allowed to take place in Singapore in October after all, and in view of the scale of the event and the logistical preparations necessary for building the show infrastructure and organising the yachts in the marina, the show organiser owes it to all the exhibitors to make an early and responsible decision.

SYS would like to thank all of our exhibitors, sponsors, venue owners, suppliers and other business partners who have always been and continue to be incredibly supportive. We will pull together and plan for a bigger, better, and safer Singapore Yacht Show in April 2021.”
