Suitform® flies to Abu Dhabi to dress the crew of luxury yacht ‘Topaz’

Greek crew uniform and clothing designers and producers, Suitform®, is currently undertaking a large contract to dress the 70-crew members working on board luxury superyacht, Topaz, in Abu Dhabi. 

Under the ownership of sheikh Mansoor bin Zayed Al Nahyan, deputy prime minister of the United Arab Emirates, minister or presidential affairs and member of the ruling family of Abu Dhabi, M/Y Topaz is a Lürssen designed hull, standing at 147-metres LOA.

Suitform®, a second-generation family business, has already renewed the day uniforms of the 70-crew members on board Topaz, who will now wear custom designed polo blouses, inspired by one of the best sellers of the Suitform Ready-to-Wear Collection, in the same colours as the yacht. 

Having previously dressed the crew of this luxury yacht, Suitform® were briefed to create uniforms of a high level of quality so that the appearance could be maintained going forwards. This was met by using a piqué fabric, specially treated to provide softness and comfort during wear. 

Currently, the ladies’ evening uniforms are still in the designing process, but the brand has released news that the fabric to be used will be produced by one of the best textile makers of Italy. The evening uniforms are to be produced exclusively for the crew by Suitform® to be an advancement of the current evening uniforms; they will be of the same colour, but with more emphasis given to the décolleté line, giving a look more suited to evening.
