Organisers of exclusive supercar show Top Marques Monaco have announced that the 16th edition will take place between 30th May and 2nd June 2019 in the Grimaldi Forum, just after the conclusion of the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix.
The decision to move the supercar show from its original dates between 11th and 14th April was made after a growing number of manufacturers expressed a desire to attend both Top Marques Monaco and the Monaco Grand Prix, from 23rd to 26th May, in a professional capacity.
Salim Zeghdar, deputy chairman of Top Marques Monaco by Monaco Check-In, said, “We have made the decision to move our event to the end of May, just after the Grand Prix ends, so that we can continue the festival of the supercar and hypercar in Monaco.
“For many, it was a feat too great to get their revolutionary electric vehicles ready for the beginning of April. It made perfect sense to us to move the dates so that we can accommodate these exhibitors, and by doing so, ensure that visitors attending Top Marques get to see the very latest in supercar technology.”
Organisers have also announced that due to the change of dates, Top Marques Monaco will now return to its original venue – the Grimaldi Forum.
“We are delighted to be returning to the Grimaldi Forum, an incredibly prestigious venue in the heart of Monaco,” Zeghdar added.
“What better way to launch the summer season in the Principality than a winning combination of the Formula 1 Grand Prix and Top Marques Monaco?”
