Baglietto has recently announced new details about the construction of its two 48m displacement motor yachts with traditional bow (T-Line) in steel and aluminium currently under construction at its shipyard in La Spezia.

The shipyard expects to deliver the first, hull no. 10227, in summer 2017 to an American owner. The construction of the second hull is in progress, and she is available for sale with delivery in summer 2018.

The exterior lines are designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design and represent the evolution of the 46m displacement model, drawing inspiration from the traditional stylish features of Baglietto displacement yachts.

Significant volumes and comfortable liveability typical of Baglietto represent the key features of this project, as it contains 350 sqm of luxury areas. The sun deck offers 140 sqm of space, including a swimming pool, dining area and sunbathing area. Another outdoor dining area is located aft on the upper deck. A large beach club is also offered to the guests. 

Two Caterpillar 3512 C DITA-SCAC engines will power the 48m hull no. 10228, which allow a comfortable top speed of 16 knots and cruising speed of 12 knots. It is in the highest class of the Lloyds Register of Shipping.
