Viking Maritime Group awards significant promotions to personnel

This year, Viking Crew (part of Viking Maritime Group) is promoting significant key personnel into higher figurehead roles. 

Paul Rutterford has been appointed operations director, after ten years tenure with Viking Crew (formally Viking Recruitment), and will oversee all placement, deployment and management under Viking Crew. He will work alongside Viking Maritime Group business leaders, Don Millar, operations director of Chiltern Maritime and Mark Jaenicke, training and performance director of The Maritime Skills Academy.  

During his time, Rutterford has supported company strategies and has developed the expansion of crewing services to the yacht and crew markets, which also includes being an essential part of the growth to the United States.

In addition, Rebecca Adams has been promoted to placement manager where she will be overseeing all cruise and yacht functions. This will also include monitoring the Viking Crew team of placement consultants and network of global hiring partners.

Louise Hunter also receives a well-deserved promotion, and will be appointed as the yacht operations managers. She has proved an integral part of the crewing services working on the expansion of crew management and services presented in the Caribbean and United States yachting markets.

Furthermore, Jessica Dickson has been appointed as assistant placement manager, who will be leading the crew placement team and supporting Rebecca Adams with the management of international client portfolios.
