Yacht crew management and employment expert Voyonic Crew Management Group is pleased to announce that it is now able to undertake criminal record checks and full background checks.

There has been a discussion within the industry over the last few years that crew on board superyachts or passenger ships undergo little scrutiny other than reference checks.

Whilst the criminal record check is considered a minimum requirement for all new crew, Voyonic also offers an advanced search where adverse media checks, financial history checks and global sanction checks are undertaken. These advanced searches are of particular interest to celebrities or clients who are involved in politics.
