Yacht technology company De Keizer goes bankrupt

On 15th October 2020, the District Court of Noord-Holland declared De Keizer International B.V. and De Keizer Marine Engineering B.V. bankrupt. At the request of the administrators and the board of directors, the previously granted suspension of payment has been converted into bankruptcy.

Meanwhile, discussions have been held with various parties about a takeover of the activities of De Keizer. A successful restart has a better chance of success from the point of view of the bankruptcy. In addition to the continuation of the current projects, the coming days will be dominated by the relaunch of De Keizer's business activities. The trustees will discuss this with the candidates.
