Yas Marina: The ultimate motor racing & yachting experience in the heart of the action

Entering its 5^th year the 2013 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is back this 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd November.Located at the heart of the Yas Marina Circuit race track.

Yas Marina is open to the public throughout Race Week and offers a superb view of the circuit and some of the world’s biggest and most beautiful super yachts. The perfect place to take a break from the track side action, grab a meal, enjoy a drink with friends or party the night away at one of the marina’s fantastic restaurants or nightspots.

The award-winning super yacht marina, operated and managed by Camper & Nicholsons Marinas, has a capacity of 192 permanent yachts ranging between 8 meters and 90 meters with track-view berths available and a visitor berth for mega yachts of up to 150 meters. For your yachting pleasure, there are a limited number of berths still available during Race Week.

Recently re-opened after an extensive expansion plan, Yas Marina is the place to see and be seen this Race Week with 7 new licensed food and beverage offerings showcasing everything from internationally renowned Cipriani, a favorite amongst the stars, to Stars N Bars from its Monte Carlo namesake. Other dining and entertainment options at the marina include newcomers such as Diablito Food and Music – who add a Spanish flair with an amazing rooftop terrace and tapas to match, Aquarium – a thai seafood restaurant offering the freshest catches of the day, Café d’Alsace – a French German café and brassiere and Lebanese restaurant Rozannah.

For something fun and fashionable, try Iris – an uber trendy stylish and sophisticated sunset bar with live music. Iris has a fantastic ambience and a huge terrace with panoramic views of the marina’s dazzling yachts and the lights of the iconic Yas Viceroy Hotel.

For the first time ever, this year the Yas Marina Boardwalk will be open exclusively to Yas Marina guests and Formula One Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix ticket holders only, whilst the Yas Marina promenade and restaurants will be open to the general public. The Yas Marina Boardwalk offers a fantastic opportunity to walk alongside the track and get up close and personal with the cars whilst following the action on the large TV screens erected in the marina. A great way to experience the atmosphere of both the marina and the race, even if you don’t have a yacht! Yas Marina Circuit will also be on hand selling race merchandise from their kiosk within the marina.

With world class amenities at your doorstep, the marina offers a full service, modern facility providing a range of services at the highest level during the 2013 Abu Dhabi Race Week. The marina comes to life with entertainment and activities to match the trackside action and will play host to a number of the world’s top 100 yachts. Yas Marina offers some fantastic track side berth options for individuals to enjoy the race weekend from the comfort of a yacht.
