AMARE delivered a complete tailored service of yacht events over our two year stay in NZ. No request was too much for them to handle, even when there were many changes at very short notice. Debbie and the team can be relied upon to deliver a great service tailored to the individual needs of the yacht, crew and our guests. The high quality catering and beverage offerings continued to meet our high expectations throughout a range of events hosted on the yacht. The level of service and professionalism they consistently offered reflected the success of our on board events.

I found your service friendly, professional and reliable.
You went the extra mile in visiting me in Gulf Habour to give advice on portion size, cuts, etc which was greatly appreciated. It is a great help to anyone short of time knowing they can have everything delivered to the yacht at specified times and that all of the products are top quality, fresh and well packaged.

I look forward to working with Amare again in the future.
Amare Provisioning was a great service to work with and I found Debbie was attentive and thorough, going above and beyond in many cases. With many years in the yachting industry, Debbie understands the needs and demands of a superyacht and this governs her work ethic. Anything asked of her was done to the highest level, and the communication was fast and efficient, letting you know your needs were being met when you needed them.

A real treat to receive such beautiful and fresh produce
Thank you so much for all your help while EOS was in New Zealand. It was a real treat to receive such beautiful and fresh produce. I’ll definitely recommend that other chefs use amare when they can, and I’ll feel confident that they’ll get the same efficient communication, and organized, personal and professional service that we received. Your help also proved invaluable to the chief stewardess and I, when we didn’t have the time, or the means to get the items we really needed on board at the last minute. Thanks again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable
We weren't planning on using a provisional service in Auckland as most of us were locals, but Amare offered a variety of suppliers we had not considered. The Chefs Day Out was fun and informative, being able to talk to the owners, tasting their wares and supporting small local businesses made a difference. Debbie was very helpful and knowledgeable, accompanying every delivery at a time best suited to us. We would definitely use Amare again should we return to Auckland.

Brilliant!
I had the privilege of working with Debbie Wood (Gribble) and she never failed to deliver with punctual perfection…Debbie was fundamentally brilliant in being beyond reliability and infallibility. The level of service required in planning to provision this yacht is unheard of given the nature of the yachts fickle itinerary - I praise her infinite capacity to remain patient.
