A concierge service to rival yachting agencies around the world
Sandra Soares and her son Mark have effectively overseen the coming of age of yachting in Bermuda, helping to make the island more than just a stopover but a destination in its own right! The tangible features of this, for visiting captains and crew, include an exceedingly efficient clearing process, cheap and easy fuel bunkering, deep water berths in protected, picturesque harbours and a concierge service to rival even the longest established yachting agencies around the world. Having been taken good care of by Sandra in 2014, the J Class Rainbow returned to Bermuda again this year to promote the fact that the J Class fleet shall feature in the America's Cup events hosted on the island. With the volume and size of yachts destined to increase in coming years, we should all be glad that the foundations of support are solidly built and I feel for sure that Bermuda Yacht Services shall flourish.

A friendly and efficient approach to all they do
I have known Sandra and Mark for over 5 years and throughout this time, the service, professionalism and attitude towards what they do has been second to none. They provide a friendly and efficient approach to all they do, nothing is ever too much trouble and I have always felt very looked after during my visits to Bermunda. All formalities and preparations prior to arrival/departure and completed with a minimum of fuss. The location of their door and office is brilliantly situated next to customs house. Their local knowledge is excellent so if it's available on the island, it can be sourced through them. In addition they have acted as my clearing agent for 'spared in transit' and this once again has always been conducted flawlessly.
