I've used the service twice now and had a very positive experience each time. If it's not on their website, they will try and find it for you. If they can't get what you ordered the day, (given that food deliveries to grocery stores in the BVI can be unreliable) hey make very sensible substitutions. This is a 'custom' provisioning service and if you want what you would have bought yourself this is the way to go. It will be on your boat, when you arrive and the refrigerated stuff will be in the fridge. Don't hesitate to communicate with them directly if you don't everything you want.

I can’t find enough words to say how pleased we were with BVI Complete Provisioning. We stayed on Tortola for a Month and they always came through whenever I called. Petronella is a sweetheart and made our stay so memorable!
