Highly disappointing
My family chartered a 45 ft yacht through Cozmo Yachts and we were extremely disappointed with their overall service and the yacht itself. We reached the location that was given by Cozmo Yachts, and had to wait 45 minutes before someone greeted us. The captain and the 2 crew members seemed unprepared for the trip and needed to be trained on receiving and welcoming clients. We were forced to cut the trip short since the A/C and fans onboard weren't working and for a "luxury yacht", this is totally unacceptable. Given the high temperatures during the summer, we were at a loss for words and we were not given any consideration for the highly disappointing experience we faced. We would highly recommend using a different yacht rental service that provides luxury yachts unlike Cozmo Yachts. Never use their service and save yourself the disappointment!
