Highly recommend!
On the recommendation of another surveyor I contacted Damian to discuss a pre-purchase survey, and to ask whether he could help us with a number of questions about barging in France. His responses were prompt, detailed, thoroughly professional, and very helpful. In the event we decided not to continue negotiations with the owner of the vessel in question, but will certainly go back to Damian if we find another potential purchase anywhere in his region.

Brilliant!
We were very pleased with the survey work done on our 20m Dutch barge (Dwaal ik Waal u) carried out in May 2016 while in the dry dock in Toulouse. It was not the easiest of circumstances and we would recommend Damian to other barge owners.

A safe pair of hands.
We used Damian as our Surveyor to look at a Carver motor yacht in Brittany. He did a magnificent job for us which resulted in us not going ahead with the purchase. We could have wasted tens of thousands of pounds had it not been for Damian. A very approachable man, he was happy to help.

The survey was carried out in a very professional manner, looking at all areas and equipment that were accessible and in 2 areas that I had requested that required removal of interior panels. The survey also included over 600 ultrasonic thickness readings on the hull.The report that was produced after the survey, over 22 pages long, was extremely comprehensive.

Our full survey (in and out of the water) was extremely comprehensive and the report covered 30 A4 sides of text and over 200 photographs which kept me studying at my desk for two or three days! However it enabled us to make an informed decision to purchase the boat despite a number of structural problems. The fact that you also produced this report in English was another bonus!

A real expert and a very friendly man.
Damian is a very competent and precise yacht surveyor. He checked our Dehler 36SQ on 30 July 2018 and did a great job. I also used Damian as “my eyes on site” and because of that I was able to buy a great boat at a long distance from home. The boat was in Brittany while I was in Holland. Not only is Damian a real expert but also a very friendly man who does everything to reassure you. That is also a quality you would like to see in a man on who you trust while buying a boat. Highly recommended!
