My training with SYSA was truly a helpful experience. My training consisted of my STCW 95 and my stewardess course. The best word I can use to describe the stewardess course is, thorough! From getting oil stains off silk ties to cleaning with toothpicks to serving caviar, it was altogether very well organised with a good balance of theory and then practical exercises. On top of the actual yachting knowledge, Isobel, the course convener, gave us useful information on visas, accommodation, what to do and what not to do! Truly a wonderful and necessary course to have behind your name!

What a great teacher & course!
I was genuinely so impressed with the depth of the SYSA PYA Stewardess course! The depth of Isobel’s knowledge and experience, as well as her passion for the industry, which really inspired me. There was not one minute where I lost interest or felt like I didn't understand the material. I am really appreciative of that and happy that I got to do my Stewardess Training at Super Yachting South Africa. I feel far more confident than I did before the course, which is exactly what I wanted. I now know that this is an Industry I want to be part of!
