Founded in 2020, VMG Refit & Repair was established by the Ibaizabal Group, a ship management business providing high-standard services to the shipping industry. The Ibaizabal Group has links to the industry dating back to the 1860’s and has been devoted to health, safety and environmental issues in the trade.

Also equipped with a 300-tonne travel lift and mobile crane, VMG Refit & Repair is available for a range of yacht hauls and also specialises in waste management.
