Richard Lofthouse and his team at Catalano Shipping were instrumental in our first time visiting Raja Ampat, Indonesia. From the pre-planning, communication, to on the ground handling, they covered all bases and ensured our time in Indonesia was problem free and thoroughly enjoyable. Our guests left with bright smiles and significant regret in having to leave the vessel and the location, which is what it is all about. Special mention to Didier Romero, our onboard dive guide, a true professional and great resource to have onboard. We were based in Bali for 2-3 months between trips and Catalano Services were our agent during this period. I strongly recommend utilising them if you are in the area. Richard and his team have a great amount of experience and they were only too happy to assist us with every request. We kept them extremely busy from all departments, nothing was ever too big or too small. From where to buy the best produce to getting tailor made mattresses, the whole team were a pleasure to work with. I especially appreciated the tasting they organised with for the Chef and Chief Stew to better understand the local meats, cheese and special dietary requirements. We look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Great service and trustworthy
We spent 3 months cruising Indonesian waters and Richard and the team looked after us incredibly well. No request was out of reach for the team and we felt very comfortable with their local expertise at hand. Logistics in the area can be challenging and Catalano helped immensely in helping get supplies/parts to the boat. Highly recommend and look forward to working with them again next time we're in the area.
