10 out of 10. Lovely, helpful and fast reply to emails. They were also very professional, friendly and approachable. Louise is super helpful and has a genuine understanding of a superyacht's interior (and exterior) needs. She will go out of her way to help and supply to suit the requirements and offers great suggestions that may not have been thought of originally. The quality of products were excellent and described supremely well, and the images are perfect. The product did not disappoint. Given a tight schedule and a lot of changes the lead times were not disrupted and Louise handled the requests without hesitation and produced excellent proposals. Delivery was amazing. Fully tracked with a very comprehensive packing list from Louise, both emailed and in the delivery. All delivered items were spot on. Everything was packaged immaculately and presented beautifully. I had a slight issue with a broken box which resulted with no problems, I mentioned it to Louise who quickly had the shipping company in line to resolve any issues (appreciated, but thankfully not necessary). But I was very impressed with the after-service from Premier. Everything was perfect, this is not me blowing the trumpet, it’s the result of careful checking and ensuring the correct order before shipping. Thanks Louise.
